Privacy notice

How we use contact details.

Bidwatchly is operated by Faisal Rehman, trading as Bidwatchly, Plaza No. 22, 1st Floor, DD Commercial, Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: faisal@bidwatchly.com.

What we hold

Business contact details for companies named in public contract notices or published on a company's own website, such as a general business email address. We also keep the emails you send us.

Why, and on what basis

To tell businesses about tender services that may be relevant to them, and to reply to enquiries. Our basis is legitimate interests in business-to-business marketing. We do not contact sole traders or ordinary partnerships unless they ask us to.

Your choices

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and we will stop contacting you and keep only your address on a do-not-contact list. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Where details are processed, and for how long

Bidwatchly is run from Pakistan, so the details we hold are processed there, which is outside the UK. Pakistan is not covered by a UK adequacy decision, and we have not yet put a UK International Data Transfer Agreement or similar formal safeguard in place; we transfer only the business contact details described above. Contact records and emails are kept in Google Workspace, whose own terms govern Google's handling of that data. We keep a contact record while an enquiry or business relationship is open and for 12 months after the last contact. A do-not-contact entry (your address only) is kept until you ask us to remove it.

UK representative

We have not appointed a UK representative under Article 27 UK GDPR. We have not yet confirmed whether one is required, and we will update this notice once that is settled.

We do not sell contact details.
